This episode explores the psychological benefits of hobbies, and how they can lead to personal growth, new relationships, and provide a sanctuary from external pressures, and considers a perspective that I don’t often hear talked about - that work can simply be an enabler for pursuing your passions outside of work. I also share my personal journey of rediscovering the joy of hobbies outside of work despite already learning the lesson of the importance of doing so before, and how I’ve been learning to play the pipe organ!
